A basic Melatonin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1, of orange blossom hydrosol, extract of lemon balm leaf, this spray helps reduce sleep latency.
Melatonin helps to reduce your sleep latency (if consumption of 1 mg before bedtime) and limit the effects of jet lag (if consumption of at least 0.5 mg before bedtime 1st day of travel and a few days of arrival at destination). Its action is enhanced here by the presence of orange blossom hydrosol, extract of Melissa leaf, vitamin B6 which can help reduce fatigue, and vitamin B1 that helps the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Indication

Helps reduce sleep latency.

Use

Spray 3 sprays (0.45 ml) in the mouth 15 minutes before bedtime.
  • For adults.
  • Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and in case of antihypertensive treatment.
  • Use as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • May cause decreased alertness.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Keep cool and protected from light.

Composition

orange blossom hydrosol (citrus aurantium amara), fluid extract of Melissa leaf (Melissa officinalis), aroma: orange blossom, melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), acid: citric acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sweeteners: stevia extract (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni), vitamin B8).
Dosage for 3 sprays:
  • Orange blossom hydrosol: 432.70 mg
  • Lemon balm leaf extract: 9 mg
  • Melatonin: 1.50 mg
  • Vitamin B6: 1.40 mg (100% RDA)
  • Vitamin B1: 1.10 mg (100% RDA)
RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance.

Hélas, je viens de faire une allergie à la melatonine (maux de tête, vertiges) mon médecin me l'a déconseille (j'en prenais beaucoup trop durant la nuit) la melatonine n'est pas un produit anodin, il faut la prendre ponctuellement

L effet n est pas immédiat et il me donne soif, donc penser à boire juste avant.



L odeur et le goût sont agréable, j ai dur à juger de l effet. Mais c est apaisant.
